LIC Wage revision is pending since 01st Aug 2017. The charter of demands by the joint Union forum of LIC was submitted with expected wage hike of 40% on payslip.
LIC Officers union has made it clear that they would not accept the salary settlement as like the usual bankers bipartite settlement. It is practice in the wage revision of insurance sector for long. The salary settlement in the Insurance sector is highly influenced with the Bipartite settlement and it is also settled after the bankers wage revision.

This time also the LIC management has offered a salary hike of 15%. The union is demanding the salary hike of 40%.
