LIC AAC Salary Calculator and expected pay scale after wage revision of 2017. The LIC Employees union has demanded the wage hike of 40%. Currently the LIC AAOs are withdrawing the pay scale with BP of Rs 32795.

LIC AAO Salary in India
The salary of LIC AAO as per the 2012 Wage Revision is as below :

Proposes Salary of AAO after Wage Revision
The LIC Employees wage revision is due since Aug 2017. Various level of talks are going on between the management and the Unions.
The BP will be increased by after merging of DA as on Aug 2017 i.e. 44%. Usually the DA and basic pay are merged into Basic pay at the time of revision.
So the basic stands at 32795 and DA at 44% approx. So the new basic pay would be Rs 47000 approx.
