LIC ADO Salary Calculator - Expected Payscale After Wage Revision

LIC ADO Salary Calculator and expected pay scale after wage revision of 2017. The LIC Employees union has demanded the wage hike of 40%. Currently the LIC ADOs are withdrawing the pay scale with BP of Rs 21865.

LIC ADO Salary in India 

The salary of LIC ADO as per the 2012 Wage Revision is as below : 

LIC ADO SALARY
Pay scale	21865-1340(2)-24545-1580(2) -27705-1610(17)-55075
Basic Pay	Rs.21,865/- After Increment- Rs 55,075/-
Allowances	Dearness Allowance –  40% of the basic pay(based on the Inflation rate)
	House Rent Allowance –  7%-9% of the basic pay(Location dependent)
	City Compensatory Allowance –  0% – 4% of the basic pay (Location dependent)

Proposes Salary of ADO after Wage Revision 

The LIC Employees wage revision is due since Aug 2017. Various level of talks are going on between the management and the Unions. The BP will be increased by after merging of DA as on Aug 2017 i.e. 44%. Usually the DA and basic pay are merged into Basic pay at the time of revision. 

So the basic stands at 21865 and DA at 44% approx. So the new basic pay would be Rs 32000 approx.
