LIC Assistant Salary Calculator and expected pay scale after wage revision. Currently the LIC Assistant are withdrawing the Gross Salary of Rs 30,000 with Basic Pay of Rs 14435. Earlier the wage revision of LIC employees are pending since 1st Aug 2017.

The LIC Employees union has demanded the wage hike of 40%.

Basic Pay :  Rs. 14435/- per month

Gross Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 30,000/- Approx

Proposes Salary of AAO after Wage Revision

The LIC Employees wage revision is due since Aug 2017. Various level of talks are going on between the management and the Unions. 

The BP will be increased by after merging of DA as on Aug 2017 i.e. 44%. Usually the DA and basic pay are merged into Basic pay at the time of revision. 

So the basic stands at Rs 14435 and DA at 44% approx. So the new basic pay would be Rs 21,000 approx.
